We had another practical and this time we made something bigger. SOUP! We cooked two types: Cauliflower and Corn Soup (Puree de Dubarry) and also Cream of Mushroom (Creme de Champignons)

Time to get working! I need to pay extra attention as I am in charge of soup for the cooking project. Speaking of which, Kevin need to dream more about his grilled chicken sauces!

Yes, I am. Be careful with the knife and the cauliflower. We don't want to have Kevin-meat in it.
The end product:
This one was inspired by Ju Dee. The nose is burnt though.
All perfect with the garnishing.
Now, for the recipes of both soups.
Cream of Mushroom
50 grams of butter/oil
50 grams of flour
1 litre of chicken stock
200 grams of button mushrooms
Cauliflower and Corn Soup
50 grams of butter/oil
50 grams of flour
1 litre of chicken stock
saute-ed vegetables
Next practical: We'll be dealing with some chicken meat!
