I don't have anything to write so look at the FOOD!

Classes commenced last week and I have been busy eating good food like nothing has changed. Actually, lack of material for blogging so putting food pictures are the best to pacify my invisible readers.

Went to Kahve again on Monday for another spectacular lunch with family. I seriously like that place a lot. I think I can dine there every day.

Mashed potato. Lovely texture albeit too peppery. But I still like it.

Fries and mayonnaise + the mashed potato

I love the mashed potato so much that I need to snap it twice.

Eunice's fillet pasta.

My butter rice with grilled chicken.

Have I made you hungry yet?

Today I had my lunch in college. How often do you get your juniors to cook for you? Not very often. They did a very good job considering the number of people in the kitchen were less than five.

Spaghetti bolognaise. Pasta a little overcooked. At least it looked decent in picture. :)

Mok kept pestering me to choose the cream one but too bad I was so stubborn that I did not follow the 'chef's recommendation'. I guess I deserve it.

Drink of the day. A glass of refreshing Sprite to wash everything down the throat.

It's been a long time since I steamed eggs. Dinner time!

This is how six farm eggs looked like after being steamed.

Are you hungry now? I hope you are.

On the other hand, assignments have made their way to college. Final two assignments before I bid eternal farewell to them. I must 'savour' them bit by bit. Today, I inserted the header and footer. The rest shall be continued another day.

Happy last day of September, people. It's October already!

The sleepiness slipped away.

Earlier tonight, I was feeling sleepy but I wonder where the sleepiness has gone to. I guess Angela's Ashes stole it away. I just can't put that book down. Frank McCourt was such a funny (in an interestingly serious manner) author and the way he penned down his childhood created a sense of humour which you can't help but laugh even if it's something you shouldn't be laughing about.

College life resumes on Monday. Time to take a chill pill and get the checklist done. Photo for resume, filling out resume, assignments, ears to listen diligently in class and what else? Ah, of course, a peaceful mind to go through the entire semester before facing the real world.

It's really odd because I have mixed feelings about going for training. Sometimes, I feel excited at the thought of it but occasionally, I could feel a tinge of sadness (or it could be something else), you know the kind you feel when you know you are about to lose something and never get it back. I don't know why but it just feels that way at times.

No matter where I go though, I will depend on God in everything I do. Discouragement will go away when I fix my eyes upon the Lord in every decision that I make. I am sure of it.

♥Yogurt Cheese Cake♥

Craving for some sweet cakes from Secret Recipe?

I have a solution for you. Just stare at the picture below and try not to salivate all over your keyboard.

I know, it's not easy to resist from sweets like these.

Oh and the one with a layer of jam on the surface is my new favourite cake, Yogurt Cheese Cake! Absolutely delicious!!

P.S. Time table is still not out yet. WHAT ARE THEY DOING??? Still looking for a lecturer? Semester starts on Monday and now there's still no news about who'll be teaching us. Efficiency is definitely not their forte.

UPDATE: I have classes on Monday, Tuesday and Friday. I wish I have a class on Wednesday so that I get Thursday to Sunday off. =)

Buddies from many years ago

These few weeks have been interesting and I wonder how I managed to spend it so quickly. From weeks, I only have days till I return to college for my final semester.

And I heard strange news about Rooney's hostel. It has got RATS in it! So I have decided not to go to Golden Sands. Back to its neighbour, Rasa Sayang. I hope I can get in though.

Raya was great and I had loads of good food from Sarah's and Eza's open houses. You cannot get to eat so much unless it's Raya! Then the same night I went for barbecue and ate some more. My stomach's capacity is not too bad huh? Too bad I didn't snap pictures during the barbecue because Ju Dee, that's your job and not mine. Photography is not so much of my interest, sad to say.

Sarah left for Moscow in the middle of last night and now that I think of it, I might not be seeing her. I wonder if I will still be in Ipoh when she comes back. It's all right, we'll see. When I look at the photos she has compiled during our hang out sessions, a sense of nostalgia swept over me. All the memories, laughter, I will forever hold dear.

My new additions to my memories.

Do you know why I worship God?

I find this really inspiring.

Puppies!!

Dad's friend has rescued 6 puppies a month ago. They are all very well-fed. Got a shock to see the puppies so fleshy and healthy.

Compilation of more than half of the photos snapped by my sister.

MORE PHOTOS!!

He must be really tired. The pup, I mean.

So cute!

Sleeping so soundly it's like nothing in the world can wake him up from his beautiful dream.

Soft little paw.

Another cute one. Aiya, too lazy to name them so I should call them Cute#1, Cute#2 and so on...

Fatty, also known as 小白 by Alfread/Alfred/Mickey/Wai Wai.

小白 does not like me to hold him that way. =(

So anyone interested to adopt any of the puppies? They are just too irresistible!
